Personal wellbeing should be at the forefront of any physical activity, and activities like martial arts are no exception. We will strive to ensure you are kept safe not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

In self defense, there is no guarantee, no one magic move. There are only options. Try them all if need be.

Self defense is a personal journey. You need to figure out your own morals and ethical limitations when it comes to defense. Set these boundaries and give yourself the option to change them whenever you desire. 

Self Defense is a right to learn, but not a duty to perform at any time. Your decision to perform self defense, or to not perform self defense is always the right choice. It was the way your body and mind decided to stay alive.
