2008 Membership Application
Memberships must be renewed yearly with the exception of lifetime memberships. The membership year runs Jan 1-Dec 31. Dues are tax-deductible.

Request for Funds Policy
In the event of a member requesting funds, this criteria must be satisfied prior to the approval or disapproval of funds.
